In collaboration with the Bistro Manager and Concierge, the Bistro Associate is responsible for providing the best culinary experience and ensuring satisfaction is a top priority. Prepare, cook, and serve food and beverages while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Support coordination of food-related activities with other departments. Deliver outstanding hospitality and customer service to patients, families, and visitors. Foster a positive and welcoming environment that supports healing and well-being.
