Location: Philipsburg, Pennsylvania

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School-Aged Students

Pay: Pay starts at $30/hour (Negotiable based on years of experience)

Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, to hire a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic activities to support students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills.
• Assist students in developing independence with classroom tasks and daily activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Monitor student performance and communicate progress with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• NBCOT certification preferred or as required for Pennsylvania licensure.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with school-aged students and multidisciplinary teams.
