PART-TIME WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Job Overview Warehouse Specialist – Part Time Day Shift – Colfax, NC. Hourly pay $16.00 – $18.00 with variable pay and overtime. Training is provided. Responsibilities Pick and stage orders using warehouse management systems (WMS). Use pallet jack and electric forklift to move materials. Operate wrapping machine to prepare shipments. Verify accuracy, check SKUs, inspect for damages, and update inventory. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow SOPs and safety procedures. Qualifications Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and 40-50 lbs occasionally. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment meeting pick-per-hour goals. Dependable, reliable, and available to work Monday through Friday for the assigned shift. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment preferred. Must pass a background check. Work Environment Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions and proximity to moving mechanical parts with risk of electrical shock. Moderate noise level. Physical Demands Requires use of hands for finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
