Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in El Segundo, CA!Responsibilities:Support Treasury initiatives by conducting financial and operational analysis tied to cash management, liquidity forecasting, and risk oversight.Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.Work closely with Treasury leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.Interpret data, recognize trends, and proactively highlight risks or opportunities within Treasury operations.Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.Ensure analytical deliverables meet professional standards of communication and accuracy.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally within a Treasury or Financial Services environment.Strong working knowledge of Treasury functions such as liquidity management, funding, or financial instruments.Advanced Excel skills and working proficiency in Power BI.Highly self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and communicate clearly and professionally across business units.Prior experience at a Big Four firm or in a client-facing financial consulting role is strongly preferred.Polished, professional presence and ability to present insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
