Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Tooling)



Location: Appleton, WI | Onsite
Pay: $33 $41/hr | Salary: $75K $85K

Job Summary

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong shop-floor experience to design fixtures and improve manufacturing processes using SolidWorks, GD&T, Lean, Time Studies, Line Balancing, and VSM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing, assembly, welding, and inspection fixtures.
• Create 3D layouts, assemblies, and fabrication drawings using SolidWorks/GD&T.
• Conduct Time Studies, Line Balancing, VSM, and capacity analysis.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and RCA initiatives.
• Develop Standard Work and Work Instructions.
• Troubleshoot and improve shop-floor quality, productivity, and processes.
