JSG is hiring a Controller in Boston, MA! 100% onsite Salary range: $200K-$230K+ Relocation Available Skills: Lead financial operations for a global manufacturing organization, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and informed business decision-making. Partner with plant, business unit, and corporate leadership to improve financial performance, manage costs, and achieve business objectives. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, company policies, and internal controls. Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and financial analysis. Partner with FP&A and business leaders to analyze results, explain variances, and identify opportunities. Provide financial guidance on operating strategies, cost control, and business decisions. Lead internal and external audits and related SOX/internal control activities. Manage, develop, and coach the Controlling team. Prepare and present financial results to senior and corporate leadership. Drive continuous improvement in accounting, reporting, and financial processes. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication and business partnership skills. Proven ability to work in a high-accountability, metrics-driven environment.
