Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (CPTA)

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to provide resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Under the supervision of a licensed PT, you will deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and safety, supporting residents in reaching their highest functional potential. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting in the EHR, participating in care planning, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
