Job Summary Summary of the Role This position will be responsible for operating robotic welders to produce quality parts. Essential Functions Sets up jobs by getting fixtures and components, locate the correct program needed on teach pendant, loading and securing fixtures and components onto the table of robot manually or using hoist or fork truck, and visually checking points of contact Operates robotic welder(s) by continually loading components onto the fixture, operating controls, adjusting machine, and monitoring robot functioning Grind parts per print spec Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Meet production goals Maintain a professional company image Productively participate in a Continuous Improvement work environment Perform other duties as assigned Requirements for All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned.
