Job Overview A law firm seeks a USPTO-registered Patent Agent with expertise in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field to join their team in Seattle, WA. This role offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements. Duties Conduct patent prosecution in the fields of bioinformatics and computational biology. Collaborate with clients to develop patent strategies. Draft and file patent applications. Provide technical expertise in software and biological fields. Requirements At least three years of patent prosecution experience. Strong educational or industry background in relevant fields. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with proficiency in technical writing. Education Advanced degree (MS or PhD) preferred. Certifications USPTO registration required.
