Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a personalized caseload of clients, ensuring the development of trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethical boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and the appropriateness of discharge plans.

• Create, implement, and review individualized treatment plans, focusing on the unique needs of each client to enhance their therapeutic journey.

• Document client interactions meticulously, including assessments, progress updates, and treatment outcomes, to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gauge client needs and develop strategic therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele spans across various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential, ensuring unrestricted and independent practice.

• Proficiency with technology and telehealth systems, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 75,000 and 90,000, reflecting experience and capabilities. Our compensation model operates on a fee-for-service basis, providing preferred rates paid in advance of collections, thus minimizing financial uncertainty. Additional benefits include:
