Description Job Title: Banquet Server Location: Talking Stick Golf Club - Scottsdale, AZ Department: Food & Beverage Reports To : Banquet Captain / Food & Beverage Manager Job Type: Seasonal (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays Required) Position Summary Talking Stick Golf Club is seeking reliable, energetic, and guest-focused Banquet Servers to join our events team. As a Banquet Server, you’ll help execute a variety of special events—ranging from golf tournaments and weddings to corporate functions—ensuring top-tier service and smooth, memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential. Key Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to floor plans and event details Greet and serve guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately during plated and buffet-style events Clear tables, refresh water and beverages, and maintain a tidy event space throughout service Assist with event breakdown and resetting for the next function Work closely with kitchen staff and banquet captains to ensure seamless service Follow event timelines and instructions with attention to detail Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation Ensure all alcohol service complies with state and club policies Why Work at Talking Stick Golf Club?
