Our owner leads sales and design, our Lead Carpenter oversees field operations, and we are seeking a Production Manager/Project Manager who will own the client experience and keep projects moving smoothly from signed contract through final closeout. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary client contact during construction; provide weekly updates; manage expectations; coordinate schedules, materials and logistics; lead sales-to-production handoffs; maintain JobTread documentation; support the Lead Carpenter; lead punch list walkthroughs and project closeout. What Success Looks Like Clients feel informed and supported. Projects move smoothly. Punch lists are completed efficiently. Projects close out professionally. Clients leave five star reviews. The owner can focus on sales, design, and growth. Qualifications Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Remodeling or construction experience but not required. Required Skills & Competencies Communication, organization, project management, client experience, technology and systems proficiency, operational coordination, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
