Bonus Details:

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for candidates entering as a Radiologic Technologist

Produces high-quality images that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Department. Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technology. Practices safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel and patients. Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times and lengths.

Qualifications

• Requires a graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.
• Organized, efficient and multifunctional.
• Ability to work independently.
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates effective communication.
• Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths and respond to an on-call pager which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends.

Licensure or Certifications:

• ARRT certified in Radiography or registry eligible with certification obtained before start date of employment.
• CPR certified or obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Registry in clinical radiology field is required.
• Registry in specific modality that supervisory position supports is strongly preferred.

Exemption Status Nonexempt Compensation Detail $35.45 - $53.15 / hour Benefits Eligible Yes Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80 Schedule Details Multiple FTE available, 1.0, 0.9, or 0.8. Evening shifts Monday - Friday at St. Mary's Hospital. No Weekends. Rotating Holidays. Schedule and hours are subject to change depending on departmental staffing needs in the future. Weekend Schedule Would not work weekends, subject to change.
