Senior Back End Developer

To support the Banking Platform Team, the remote Senior Back End Developer (C#) will lead the design and delivery of complex features, drive the migration from monolith to microservices, and utilize AI-assisted development tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Lead design and delivery of complex features, from ideation to production Proactively identify problems and drive technical decisions with minimal oversight Produce clear documentation for API consumers and drive automated test coverage for components Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience building web apps/backend APIs in C# Proven experience making architectural decisions and owning technical trade-offs Strong knowledge of OOD principles and classic design patterns Experience with microservices architecture and modernizing legacy systems Familiarity with unit & integration testing frameworks (NUnit/xUnit, FluentAssertions, Moq)
