**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses in Infusion!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate RN looking to make a difference in patient care? - Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing patient care tailored to the specific needs of our diverse patient population. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet and exceed the expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies. - Obtain and record initial assessments, establishing priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs. - Systematically re-assess patients to identify progress and trends requiring intervention. - Develop and implement measurable individualized care plans within established time frames. - Make informed nursing decisions based on facts and patient evaluations, adjusting care plans accordingly. - Participate in health education and discharge planning for patients and their significant others. - Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs. - Evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan. - Perform various Point of Care testing procedures. **Requirements:** - Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. - Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license. - Current BLS and ACLS Certifications from AHA. - Knowledge and skills appropriate to the age/type of patient population served. - Excellent communication skills tailored to the developmental age of patients. - Ability to treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with respect and consideration. **Experience:** - All newly hired nurses with two or fewer years of RN experience will start as CN I. - Higher clinical ladder levels (II and III) considered based on relevant experience, national certifications, and additional nursing education (B.S.N. or MSN). **Work Schedule:** - Multiple shifts available. - Full-time positions. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
