Patient Experience Specialist — Front Desk

Mercy Hospital, Dexter, MO is seeking a part-time Patient Service Representative (PSR) to welcome patients and visitors and oversee front desk operations. This PRN role supports the Mercy Hospital Southeast clinic setting in Dexter, with days, evenings, and weekend shifts. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, data-entry ability, and commitment to patient privacy while delivering excellent customer service.
