We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Messenger Associate to support daily messenger operations and ensure timely, accurate deliveries in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a prior professional experience, strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and be comfortable using technology in a business setting. We are looking for someone who is reliable, dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance. Training is available for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Position Details Position: Opensity Solutions Messenger Location: New York, NY 10153 Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am -5:30 pm Payrate: $18.03 Job Responsibilities Receive packages and parcels from outside messenger and vendors Scan of barcode into package tracking software Receive signature upon delivery (chain-of-custody documentation) Ensures that all deliveries are downloaded upon completion Responsible for ensuring all packages to the designated floors and recipient Assists with escorting all external messengers the designated floors for delivery Ensure to follow all Opensity Solutions polices, rules and guidelines Messenger will collect internal mail and parcels from the various reception areas on each site, and other agreed locations, sort mail, and transport it (where appropriate) to the main reception and other agreed locations on the other site.
