Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, the full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems that enable real-time collaboration for autonomous vehicle support, focusing on the reliability and performance of web applications. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of web applications for real-time autonomous vehicle support Lead the development of frontend and backend infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with services Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams on web application systems and best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend) Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular and TypeScript Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects Strong motivation for reliability in system performance
