Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleThe Supply Chain Analyst position you have the opportunity to plan production schedules and experience many aspects of the Supply Chain organization. Day to day responsibilities will include ownership of specific planning, scheduling and procurement processes necessary to support manufacturing within the plant.As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Procure raw materials and inputs required for productionWork closely with production operations teams to understand production impacts to the schedule and forecastsUtilize Supply Chain tools, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and processes to make data-driven decisions to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventoryAnalyze material flow data to make procurement, planning and scheduling decisions.Implement defined standard work to improve product flow. .Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited UniversityORAssociates degree and 2 years of Supply Chain experienceORHigh School/ GED and 4 years of Supply Chain experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Previous supply chain planning experiencePursuing or begin APICS certification process upon start of assignment.Experience with Microsoft, MS Cloud Apps (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Power BI), SAP, and SQL a plusSelf-directed work ethic to perform duties.Ability to clearly communicate in oral/written form.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable using Excel spreadsheets and word processing skills.Work location: Hybrid ( 2-3 days onsite)Travel: May travel up to 10% domesticRelocation Assistance: May Be AuthorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
