RN Telemetry - Per Diem
This position requires 12-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in telemetry to provide nursing care in a demanding clinical setting. This position requires the clinician to float to med-surg as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety.
- Administer medications and perform patient assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Document care and patient information accurately in electronic health records.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN licensure as recognized in the state.
- Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
- Documentation of current vaccinations, including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and Varicella.
- Completion of a Fit Test and Tdap vaccination.
- Pass a minimum 10-panel drug screening.
- Clearance from a criminal background check.
- Completion of the Prime Core Competencies and Specialty Exams.
