Job Summary Customer Service Coordinator (Student Services Program Coordinator II) – Salary: $44,296 – $54,263 per year. Under general supervision, the role is responsible for daily management of services provided by the Admissions Office to prospective students and their families, serving as the first point of contact and counseling applicants throughout the enrollment process. Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for all prospective students, parents, and school counselors during the admissions process. Consult applicants on admissions procedures, eligibility, and program requirements. Review and process undergraduate applications, including early‑insight and early admission applications. Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate student workers; hire, train, and assess staff performance. Coordinate campus tours, admission events, and special events with the Campus Visit Coordinator. Document and track applicant information in the university systems and maintain up‑to‑date records. Provide customer service experiences for all constituents via email, phone, and in‑person interactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Valid driver’s license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor. Ability to plan, implement, and coordinate diverse activities and events. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising students in a large team environment. Two years of experience in higher‑education admissions or student services.
