Residential Cleaning Trainer — The Cleaning Authority of Fort Lauderdale

The Cleaning Authority of Fort Lauderdale is hiring experienced residential cleaners who are ready to step into a leadership role as a field trainer for our growing team.

We are a well-established franchise with increasing customer demand, and we need experienced professionals who can coach, motivate, and hold new hires to the high standards our customers expect. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job.

What You Will Do

• Train new employees in the field through hands-on, side-by-side coaching
• Demonstrate and enforce our Detail-Clean Rotation System
• Ride along with new hires during their first five days on the job
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and report progress to management
• Help maintain team quality standards across all routes

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of verified residential cleaning experience (we will contact your previous employer)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid U.S. driver's license, and clean driving record
• Positive, team-first attitude and consistent attendance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be at least 21 years old

Our Hiring Process

Candidates with verified experience will be invited to a paid one-day working interview before a formal offer is made. This is how we ensure the right fit for both sides.

Pay and Benefits

• $18 to $20 per hour based on verified experience
• $250 bonus after completing your first 30 days
• Paid travel time between jobs
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• No nights, no weekends — Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
