A contract opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist at a 56-bed all-private-room medical rehabilitation hospital located in Mesa, AZ. This hospital is a joint venture between well-established healthcare providers, offering a comprehensive inpatient setting focused on rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and verify prescriptions within the inpatient hospital pharmacy.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective medication management and patient safety.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and make recommendations for optimal pharmaceutical care.
