Job Description Job Title: Recruiter Location: 42 W 39th Street, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10018 Job Type: Full Time, Onsite Monday - Friday (8:30 AM-5:15 PM) Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 USD BRAVO is actively seeking a Recruiter for employment in our New York City office to manage the day-to-day recruiting operations. You will contribute by coordinating interviews, interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and executive management. Ability to attract candidates using various sources such as social media and employee referrals. Ability to manage multiple high priority searches simultaneously for a demanding client base. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Create relationships with hiring managers and executives to understand their needs to provide the best candidate placement. Hands on experience with selection processes such as phone interviewing and reference checks. Develop and update all job descriptions as needed. Manage job postings across various platforms via the Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse. Manage the full life-cycle recruitment including searching, pre-screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to the hiring managers. Manage the interview process including scheduling, ensuring clear internal communication, as well as a smooth and positive candidate experience. Promote company’s reputation to prospective candidates. Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruitment strategies. 5 years of experience in recruiting. Dependable. Exceptional communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse being a plus. Experience within the AEC industry is also a plus. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
