Role Overview Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the kitchen. This role requires consistency, urgency, and attention to detail to ensure the BOH team has the tools and environment needed to deliver great food and service. Dishwashers play a key part in keeping the restaurantonpace during busy shifts and supporting overall kitchen flow.
