Check and pass food trays, assist residents with meals, provide fresh drinking water and nourishment. Turn and position residents, provide range of motion exercises, transfer residents, assist with ambulation. Bathe residents, provide nail and hair care, assist with oral hygiene, shave residents, assist with dressing and undressing. Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality, keep call signals within resident's reach, answer call signal promptly, provide orientation to the room or unit and to other visitors and residents, assist residents with communication, prepare hot and cold applications. License/Certification Maryland CNA-I/GNA/Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification required Medical Specialty Geriatrics Physical Setting Long Term Care Nursing Home Annual influenza vaccine is required.
