Site Research Assistant - Flint, MI

IQVIA seeks a Research Assistant for on-site clinical research support in Flint, Michigan, working 24 hours per week. The role involves electronic data capture, regulatory documentation, subject scheduling, and protocol compliance under investigator supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform EDC data entry, manage queries, and resolve timely discrepancies
• Maintain and update regulatory binders per documentation and audit standards
• Coordinate subject visit scheduling, procedures, and follow-up activities
• Support subject screening, recruitment, enrollment, and informed consent
• Ensure IRB protocol adherence and participant safety reporting

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
• 1+ years of clinical research environment experience
• Knowledge of clinical trials, GCP standards, and protocol procedures
• Proficiency with EDC systems and data entry accuracy
• Experience with visit scheduling and regulatory binder maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Compensation: $25.00-$39.00 per hour
