Production Associate - 1st Shift

Production Operator – Mount Laurel, NJ Starting Pay Rate: $21.78 per hour 1st Shift: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday (overtime as needed) As a Production Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need it. Your work will directly affect people’s lives. Key Responsibilities Blend, measure and produce raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings. Prepare materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers. Work in a production environment while following all required safety procedures. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Ability and willingness to work any job and to work overtime as needed.
