Vibrant is seeking a Youth Peer Advocate to support youth and families under NYS Medicaid redesign. You will work with Family Peer Advocates to help youth plan their care, share lived experience, and provide both individual and group support. Strong communication, flexibility, and bilingual abilities are encouraged.
