Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $110,000 – $125,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale applications using modern Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, Kafka, Oracle, Cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and Test Automation. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, architecture design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 10–15 years of software development experience with Java Full Stack technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in Java 11+/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and event-driven applications using Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB databases.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and application security.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Test Automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• BFSI domain experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise Java Full Stack applications.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Review application design, source code, and deployment strategies.
• Develop backend services using Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka.
• Build responsive frontend applications using React/Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design, develop, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Design scalable cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
• Define API integration standards, security frameworks, and solution architecture.
• Participate in technical estimations, solution design, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders.
• Break down business requirements into technical user stories and implementation tasks.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams to ensure coding quality.
• Drive unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and test automation.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices for secure deployments.
• Monitor production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure application reliability.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, compliance, and quality standards while delivering projects on schedule.
