• Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
• License/Certs: Valid BLS; must have at least 1 year CVOR experience and 2+ years in cardiac, vascular, and transplant procedures
• Experience: 1 year CVOR experience, 1 year in a Level I Trauma facility, scrub experience in CVOR required

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care for CVOR patients undergoing cardiac, vascular, and transplant surgeries
• Assist in perioperative procedures within an OR setting
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and care throughout surgical processes
• Prepare and scrub for complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries
• Coordinate with surgical teams and ensure smooth workflow
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic charting system
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio nursing license or appropriate state licensure
• BLS Certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year CVOR experience
• At least 2 years' experience in cardiac, vascular, or transplant nursing
• Experience working in a Level I Trauma facility preferred
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed
• Strong skills in cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular nursing
