Most physical therapists spend their careers treating patients. Very few ever learn how to build a profitable clinic, develop leaders, understand business, and scale a team. At Competitive Edge Physical Therapy, we've built a career path designed to teach all four. We're opening a new clinic in the Palo Alto area and looking for an ambitious physical therapist to lead it. This is not a traditional Clinic Director role. It's an opportunity to learn how to build and lead a thriving clinic while being supported by an established company with proven systems, marketing, sales, operations, and leadership mentorship. If you've ever thought about owning a clinic but weren't interested in taking on the financial risk, this role was built for you.

About Competitive Edge Physical Therapy

Competitive Edge Physical Therapy is a cash-based physical therapy private practice serving active adults and athletes throughout the Bay Area. We combine exceptional clinical care with advanced technology including:

• 3D Motion Analysis
• Instrumented Treadmills
• Dual Force Plates
• EMG Biofeedback

More importantly, we're building an organization where great clinicians can become great leaders. Our goal is to grow to 10 clinics by 2028 while becoming the premier destination for physical therapists who want to build, lead, and grow.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are a licensed Physical Therapist in California (or eligible for licensure)
• Have several years of clinical experience
• Enjoy leadership, mentorship, and developing others
• Think beyond patient care and want to understand how successful clinics are built
• Are growth-oriented, accountable, and driven
• Want to make a larger impact without opening your own business

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary - $120,000
• Profit sharing from day one so you participate directly in the growth you help create
• Successful Clinic Directors can earn total compensation exceeding $215,000 as they grow the clinic
