Join our Oilfield Services team!Partner with the bestAs an Applications Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring flawless job execution by contributing across the full job lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-job analysis. You will design technical job programs and applications that align with customer objectives while maximizing business outcomes in line with contract requirements.As an Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for:Ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) processWorking with Service Delivery Coordinators and Sales teams to understand customer well construction or production objectives and commercial termsPerforming offset job analysis and engineering modeling to identify application risks, hazards, and performance expectationsDesigning job programs including risk mitigation and contingency plans to meet customer objectives and maximize valueCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical and operational constraints are addressedProviding on-demand technical support during job execution, including participation in on-call schedulesDocumenting calculations, simulations, and plan revisions for visibility and audit purposesComparing planned vs. executed jobs, capturing lessons learned, and driving continuous improvementSupporting field incident investigations, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actionsEnsuring timely incident management and customer issue resolutionAdvising on product improvement opportunities based on recurring issues or failuresSupporting sales teams with technical recommendations and application expertiseParticipating in customer discussions on service delivery performance and KPI outcomesSupporting product line initiatives including cost reduction and performance improvement projectsHandling special projects as requiredFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)Have a strong understanding of technical job planning and P&L considerationsDemonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsDisplay strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilitiesBe able to work effectively in a global matrix organizationBe willing to travel to field locations, customer facilities, and training sessionsWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.• This role is in general hours (8AM - 5PM)Working for youOur inventions have revolutionized energy for over a century.
