Clinical Lab Scientist IWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Lab Scientist I to join our team. This role involves leading clinical and medical research studies, analyzing clinical trial data, and ensuring compliance with medical research regulations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with healthcare professionals and research teams while supporting drug and therapy development efforts.ResponsibilitiesLead clinical and medical research studies.Analyze clinical trial data and publish findings.Ensure compliance with medical research regulations.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and research teams.Support drug and therapy development efforts.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences BA/BS.1-3 years of experience in a clinical lab setting, with histology or automated IHC experience preferred.Experience with Ventana Ultra Platform is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication abilities.Knowledge of industry best practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsHistotechnologist certification (HT or HTL) preferred.Experience in clinical trials is a plus.Work EnvironmentThis position is a first shift role, operating from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, focusing on clinical laboratory testing and clinical trials. The dress code is professional, and you will be working with advanced technologies such as the Ventana Ultra Platform.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Oro Valley, AZ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
