Como Asistente de Gerente General , estarás en el corazón del éxito del restaurante, apoyando al Gerente General al mantener los estándares de la marca e inspirar a tu equipo. Liderarás con el ejemplo: capacitando, entrenando y reconociendo a tu equipo para ofrecer experiencias inolvidables a los clientes. ¡Cuando tu equipo brilla, tú también lo haces!
En este rol dinámico, tomarás el control de las operaciones diarias en ausencia del Gerente General, tomando decisiones clave y guiando al equipo hacia la excelencia. Creemos en divertirnos mientras enfrentamos retos personales y oportunidades de crecimiento. Trabajarás una semana de 45 horas, con 40 horas a pago regular y 5 horas a tiempo y medio, brindando una experiencia laboral equilibrada y gratificante.
El día a día:
- Garantizar la satisfacción constante del cliente al modelar efectivamente la Rutina de Éxito MIC y priorizar las necesidades del cliente.
- Supervisar que los miembros del equipo cumplan con sus responsabilidades de Excelencia en Turno, mantener altos estándares de seguridad alimentaria y garantizar la excelencia operativa. Encargarte de las operaciones en ausencia del GM.
- Colaborar con el GM para evaluar el desempeño del equipo, brindando retroalimentación constante, constructiva y positiva. Resolver asuntos laborales conforme surjan o escalar al GM cuando sea necesario.
- Apoyar en la búsqueda, reclutamiento, entrevistas y contratación de miembros del equipo, fomentando una cultura de equidad, inclusión y pertenencia.
- Actuar como propietario al apoyar la gestión de Ganancias y Pérdidas (P&L), incluyendo control de efectivo, procedimientos de seguridad, mantenimiento de inventario y gestión de personal.
- Revisar informes financieros y tomar acciones apropiadas para optimizar el rendimiento.
- Apoyar al GM en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y garantizar que se cumplan consistentemente los estándares de salud y seguridad.
¿Eres tú?
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de restaurantes o ventas minoristas.
- Experiencia asistiendo en la gestión de P&L, incluyendo control de efectivo, procedimientos de seguridad, inventario, gestión de personal e informes financieros.
- Capacidad para asegurar que todos los empleados reciban la capacitación y los recursos adecuados.
- Representas la cultura y los valores de Taco Bell, promoviendo la equidad, inclusión y pertenencia dentro del restaurante.
- Habilidad para liderar esfuerzos de reconocimiento individual y de equipo, colaboración y motivación.
- Talento para identificar y reclutar miembros de equipo excepcionales, apoyando al GM en el proceso de contratación.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación para realizar evaluaciones de desempeño, manejar acciones disciplinarias y motivar/capacitar al equipo.
- Comprometido con el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas, procedimientos y estándares de Salud Ocupacional y Seguridad Alimentaria.
- Cómodo hablando, leyendo y escribiendo en inglés.
