Twist and Sprout brings engaging preschool yoga and social-emotional learning classes directly into schools. Through stories, movement, music, breathing exercises, and imaginative play, we help children build confidence, self-regulation, kindness, and resilience in a fun, developmentally appropriate way.

Position

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable teacher to lead weekly preschool yoga classes.

You do not need to create lesson plans or curriculum. We provide complete training, class materials, music, and ongoing support so you can confidently teach our established program.

Responsibilities

● Lead fun, interactive yoga and movement classes for children ages 2–5.

● Create a positive, encouraging classroom environment.

● Follow the provided lesson plans and curriculum.

● Use music, storytelling, breathing exercises, and movement to engage young children.

● Arrive on time and communicate professionally with school staff.

Qualifications

● Experience working with preschool-aged children (required).

● Comfortable leading groups of young children.

● Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic.

● Enjoys singing, moving, and being playful with children.

● Teaching, preschool, dance, gymnastics, music, theater, camp, or children’s fitness experience is a plus.

● Yoga experience is helpful but not required . We will train the right candidate.

Schedule

● Part-time

● Monday mornings

● Approximately 9:45 AM–12:00 PM

● Culver City area

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
