Role Description The Restaurant Manager at BrickTop's Restaurant / the River House is a full-time, on-site role located in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL market. This role oversees daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and a welcoming guest experience. The Restaurant Manager leads, trains, and schedules team members, supports hiring and onboarding, and promotes a positive, inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include monitoring food and beverage quality, managing inventory, and supporting cost control measures. The role also involves handling guest feedback, resolving service issues, maintaining health and safety standards, and collaborating with leadership to meet operational and financial goals. Qualifications Strong focus on guest Satisfaction and guest Service, with a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Experience in Hiring and team leadership, including training, coaching, and performance management. Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management. Hands-on knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including quality standards and service procedures. Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset. Working knowledge of POS systems, basic budgeting, and inventory management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
