Job Description

Seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join a well-established, community-based surgical team in eastern Kentucky, offering a strong balance of professional autonomy, supportive colleagues, and exceptional quality of life.

• Full-time employed general surgery role in a community hospital setting
• Bread-and-butter general surgery with scopes (no trauma cases)
• Modern OR suites and dedicated endoscopy/procedure rooms
• Experienced anesthesia coverage and highly skilled OR staff
• Light shared call schedule supporting strong work-life balance
• Supportive administration and long-tenured surgical team
• No robotics required ; focus on core general surgical practice
• Recently renovated facility with updated surgical infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
• Experience preferred in general surgery and endoscopic procedures
• Comfortable practicing without robotics or high-acuity trauma cases
• Strong clinical judgment and team-based approach
