Activities Aide

Middle River Health and Rehab - Middle River Health & Rehab is looking for a friendly and dependable Activities Aide to help create a positive, engaging environment for our residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors and bringing energy, creativity, and compassion into daily activities. What you’ll do Lead and assist with daily activities, games, and group programs Encourage resident participation and social interaction Help set up activity spaces and assist with transportation to events Build positive relationships with residents and families Support special events and holiday programs Document attendance and assist with care plans as needed What we’re looking for Friendly, patient, and reliable personality Ability to work well with seniors and build rapport Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in senior care, activities, or recreation is a plus (but not required) Must be dependable and willing to learn What we offer Competitive pay: $17–$21/hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
