Challenge Unlimited, Inc. in Alton, IL is seeking a Developmental Trainer to support individuals with disabilities in work, community participation, and daily living activities. You will implement service plans, monitor progress, and promote independence. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, background checks, and CPI/CPR training provided by the company.
