Education: College graduate of equivalent in Business Management / Finance / Accounting

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3~5 years related experience in commercial bank management preferably with loan administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Regulatory and compliance rules & regulations.
• Ability to multi-task and when working under pressure.
• Fluent in English with good writing capability; ability to read/speak Chinese a plus.

Specifications:

• To appoint legal counsel for preparing closing documentation and review loan-closing documents for ensuring terms of the approval are represented;
• To arrange for signing off loan documentation;
• To prepare periodical reports for the loan portfolio;
• To verify and ensure the accuracy of daily loan transactions input by the loan administrator;
• To reconcile/verify GL balances vs. loan reports;
• To act as QC of loan transaction activities alerts generated by the Bank's AML system;
• To participate in system upgrade, enhancement and testing.
