Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse in Duluth, Minnesota. This role involves providing specialized perioperative care, circulating, and assisting during surgical procedures within a fast-paced environment. Candidates are required to bring their Minnesota Registered Nurse license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Duluth, Minnesota
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8/12-hour days and evenings. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Certification in American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Associate Degree or Certificate, at least 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including at least 1 travel assignment. Neuro experience is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience, General Surgery circulating skills, and the ability to manage change effectively.
• Additional Information: Contract duration is 13 weeks; guaranteed 40 hours per week; the contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours.
• Responsibilities: Providing circulating and scrub assistance in the OR, maintaining safety and compliance standards, coordinating care with surgical team, and managing surgical equipment and supplies.
• Notes: Scrub colors will be provided; float rotations are not required; call during the week and weekends as needed; selected candidates will need to coordinate interview scheduling with the facility management or designated contacts.
