In your role as a Registered Nurse within the Behavioral Health unit, you will be essential in providing top-notch care to patients. Your skills and commitment will foster a nurturing environment where individuals can heal and flourish.

Implement the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments following established nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
Maintain documentation in accordance with care standards.
Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans.
Engage in performance improvement initiatives within the department or unit.
Offer clinical expertise and support to other units or departments.
Employ critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience, escalating issues as necessary.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
Possession of a current Wisconsin or Multi-state RN license.
CPR and BLS certifications are mandatory.
