What you'll actually earn

• 14.50/hr during paid training while you learn our systems and standards
• 15–$17/hr + tips as a Cleaning Specialist once you're up to speed
• 17–$22.50/hr + tips as a Team Leader — and most of our leaders came up from the floor

Weekly paychecks, plus tips and performance bonuses Paid travel time between homes and mileage reimbursement Paid vacation starting at 6 months (8 hours every 3 months), growing to 20 hours per year after your first anniversary Referral bonuses when you help us find good people The schedule most cleaners wish they had Monday–Friday, 7:45 am – 3-to-5 pm No nights.
