Sales Specialist - Window Treatments

Working remotely, the full-time Central Selling Specialist - Window Treatments will create and review customer quotes, provide consultative services, and collaborate with team members to close sales while ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Provide SMART customer service by executing Lowe's policies and procedures Manage the workflow within system-based work queues to review and process service requests Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding quotes, order status, and project requirements Required qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administration, or high-volume retail environment Ability to obtain a salesperson license within 60 days if required by state or local regulations
