Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct care services in a state healthcare facility. Technical Skills: Perform basic technical skills, adhering to the Nursing Department’s policies and procedures. Collaboration: Work efficiently and cooperatively with residents/patients, families, nursing personnel, and other facility departments. Communication: Effectively communicate treatment information, nursing actions, resident needs, and observations to the appropriate persons, and document this information in line with Nursing Department policies. Supportive Environment: Support Nursing Services and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations. Education: None. Licensure/Certifications: Certification or Registration as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse Aide in the state of West Virginia. Experience: None.
