Senior Technical Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Technical Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $105,000 to $120,000 per year.
Job Description:- Identify, research, advise and conclude on technical accounting issues
- Prepare and record journal entries and perform account reconciliations
- Key role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures with a focus on ensuring complete and accurate reports & analyses
- Prepare educational materials to summarize new accounting guidance and provide a framework for consistent application across the organization
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience preferred
- Experience with Workiva, Oracle Fusion, Public Accounting Experience, and Project Accounting Experience highly desired
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
