Residential Support Specialist Regular Lewiston Office, Lewiston, ME, US Salary Range: $18.20 To $18.20 Hourly We are Expanding Services in Lewiston! Come work with us as we open a new Residential Unit! We are hiring a brand new team of Residential Support Specialists in our adult residential program in Lewiston. These positions are responsible for all aspects of direct client care in a Crisis Stabilization Unit. We are currently hiring for: 36 hours, Sunday-Tuesday, 7a-7p 36 hours, Thursday-Saturday, 7a-7p 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 7a-3p 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 3-11pm 40 hours, Sunday-Wednesday, 9p-7a 30 hours, Thursday-Saturday, 9p-7a Starting Pay Rate: $18.20/hr Shift differentials available for nights and weekends Provides ongoing support and care for clients, maintaining quality case recording, and encourages client’s compliance with various treatment and care plans Encourages client’s daily living activities Responsible for on-site health, safety, diet, and security, including cleanliness and tidiness to support a tranquil atmosphere for clients Performs and coordinates various assessments, referrals, and discharge plans Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability Paid Time Off (up to 18 days for full time employees) 13 Paid holidays Retirement plan with agency contribution and match, totaling up to 6% Provided training to obtain MHRT-1 Certification, including CRMA and First Aide/CPR Desired Qualifications: High School Diploma/G.E.D. required Obtain and maintain MHRT-1 Certification Other Requirements: Pre-employment background checks: Maine Background Check Center (SBI, Direct Care Worker Registry, Maine and National Sex Offender Registry, fraud, and federal debarment), DHHS- Child and Adult Protective, and DMV must be completed upon offer of hire and as a condition of continued employment; valid driver’s license and travel within the service area is required.
