Position Overview Drain Technicians are the heroes to our customers! They go in, diagnose the customer’s issue, and help them get up and running again, whether it’s drain cleaning or preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Diagnose the customer’s issue and clear clogged drain/sewer lines using electric snakes, high-velocity water jets, or sewer cameras. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Perform preventative maintenance. Compensation and Benefits Hourly base + bonus program; opportunity to make $100k+/year in 6-12 months with the Zoom Drain Bonus Program.
