Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance in strategic planning, project management, and project controls
• Advise leadership on project performance, cost, schedule, and risk management to ensure successful delivery
• Define, develop, and improve project management and performance measurement methodologies
• Review and assess project budgets, schedules, and forecasts; recommend corrective actions as needed
• Develop, analyze, and report key performance metrics and dashboards
• Support executive decision-making through data-driven analysis and recommendations
• Recommend and support business administration, risk management, and change management practices
• Deliver coaching, workshops, and expert guidance on project management methodologies and Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Collaborate with executives, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization

Skills:

• Strong expertise in Project Management and Project Controls
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6 and other project management tools
• Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and reporting
• Budgeting, cost control, and schedule management expertise
• Development and analysis of project performance metrics and KPIs
• Risk management and change management methodologies
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated project plans
• Strong analytical, reporting, and executive communication skills

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's.
